ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each one of our fine art prints is printed within 48hrs. Your print should arrive within 10-14 business days. If it is delayed, please reach out to us my emailing 

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to mail@jody-macdonald.com so we can help. 

We unfortunately cannot refund any print that has been damaged due to personal negligence. The fine art photo paper is very fragile so please do not put pressure on the edges, put the print near water or moisture nor handle it poorly. Always handle the artwork with care and have it framed as soon as you can.

MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing mail@jody-macdonald.com and we will track it down.

ARTWORK 

NOT SEEING A PRINT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?

Send an email to mail@jody-macdonald.com with a screen shot of the image you are looking for and we will let you know what options are available. 

ARE YOUR PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?

Limited Editions will come with a certificate of authenticity for all sizes. Open editions are not limited and do not have certificates. The certificates have your print number, the title, the medium, Jody's digital signature and logo with a matching hologram to be placed on the back of your print.

ARE YOUR PRINTS GLOSSY OR MATTE IN FINISH?

All of our artwork is printed on semi-gloss archival paper using archival ink to maximize the quality of the digital prints to meet museum longevity requirements. Great for all types of rooms. If you would like to have a print done on another medium such as canvas or acrylic, just send us an email and we can make it happen. We suggest that if you order a print 30" x 40" or larger, that you mount it before framing to prevent rippling of the photograph.

DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied we will happily replace it. You will need to send the original & certificate of authenticity back so that it can be destroyed. Please contact us for instructions. 

 

FRAMING

NEED HELP WITH FRAMING?

No worries. We can help! If you'd like help with framing there are a number of options. You can arrange framing locally once you receive your print for the most options. This is what we would recommend. However if you would like to get a print that is ready to hang, we suggest you order an Acrylic print. These come with a frame and are ready to be hung out of the box. If you would like assistance in getting another type of frame, email us at mail@jody-macdonald.com and we can provide assistance and pricing. Our framing options will be expanding soon.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If your print arrives damaged due to mail handling, we will replace it at no charge with the exact same print. Please note we do not accept refunds.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We usually print the images within 24hrs but if you contact us immediately, we may be able to cancel or change your order. 

HELPING OCEAN CONSERVATION

10% OF NET PROCEEDS TO SEALEGACY

After shipping and handling, I will be donating 10% of the net proceeds to SeaLegacy for ocean conservation initiatives.
